Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from aofshop.com ("the Site"), operated by Agents of Fandom ("we", "us", "AOF"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Products & Pricing
We work hard to display products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, cancel affected orders, and refund any amounts charged. Colors may appear slightly different on your device than in real life.
4. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment is processed through our payment partners and must be authorized before we ship. All sales are made in U.S. Dollars unless noted otherwise.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost (minus original shipping). Final sale, customized, and intimate items are not returnable. Contact support@aofshop.com to start a return.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, artwork, photography, designs, and text — is owned by Agents of Fandom or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agents of Fandom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
